Current testing with E-Rock, Kain Spero, and hold that shows that equipment deployment is completely messed up.
Preliminary testing shows that all suits have 8 bandwidth.

Doesn't matter when they are all 9.
Deployed equipment persists for now when you change.
But you can only have 1 or 2 deployed at a time now, exception being R/Es with 3 and proxies at 4.

Well how it's supposed to work is that Logistics will have the most bandwidth. Amarr and Caldari, having bonuses toward deployable equipment, will have more that Gallente and Minmatar.
Assault, Commandos, Medium Frames and Light Frames all have the same bandwidth of 8 (Standard)/12 (Advanced)/16 (Prototype). Scout will have less at 6/9/12, while Sentinels and Heavy Frames have none at all. This means Logistics will be highly valued for keeping deployed equipment active, while other suits will be able to keep a decent amount of equipment active on the field to help themselves and some of their team. Sentinels and Heavies will be extremely reliant of team support for ammo and repairs and will be unable to keep any equipment active.
If you move onto another suit from your Amarr Logistics role, the suit you move into will struggle to support all that equipment and will collapse if you move to a lower BW suit. Heavy suits primarily functions to keep their user alive with the maximum amount of shielding and armor and as such foregoes any BW on their suit.
You will be able to switch to any role on the battlefield at anytime, but only those focused solely on Logistics for the whole battle will be rewarded with the BW ability to support all that deployed equipment.
